CHAPTER #1 – FIGHT DAY
CHAPTER OVERVIEW: BURKLERK MUAY THAI GYM TOUR, THAI MASSAGE BEFORE AND AFTER VIDEOS
It’s fight day (Angela and I are fighting a pro Muay Thai fight) and after a light training session in the morning we have the day to relax. Our fight will be in Chiang Mai (currently we are in Lampang) which is an hour drive from where we are. The plan is to leave Lampang at about 7:00pm. That being said, we have the day to relax and get focused for our fight.
