CHAPTER OVERVIEW: TRAINING WITH THE GERMANS, INSIGHT ON BURKLERK GYM, POST TRAINING NUTRITION, THE LAMPANG GANG AND AMAZING FOOD AT BURKLERK GYM

We ended up training with a team from Germany. They were all amazing guys and ended up fighting after we left.

POST TRAINING PROTIEN – MORNING TRAINING

This is the secret potion we had after our morning session, okay so it’s a post training protein shake, but it was really good and gave us tremendous energy for the training session in the afternoon

POST TRAINING MEAL – AFTERNOON SESSION


This is the type of food that we ate after every training session while staying at Burklerk Gym. P-Puk is Ajahn’s wife and her sister literally cooks all day for the fighters. It’s great!!! Everything is fresh and delicious. Ajahn Burkerk and family really take care of you and make sure your stay is incredible…For that we are always thankful for their generosity and will visit their family every year.
